News and Updates Happy Memorial Day Neighbors

Block and #Beach clean up has begun! We have decorated our Gazebo for the #MemorialDayHoliday, We had the front entrance power washed, we are ordering new entrance signs to replace the old outdated Anthony Dr. signs. In addition, we had our landscaper trim all the overgrown weeds at the front entrance, he will be digging out all the "bamboo" and creating planting beds and adding decorative shrubs .

The pilings were reset which most of you may have noticed; however, we are still waiting on the final permit from the village and approval on our HELOC loan.

UPDATE the dock rebuild will be put off until September- We do not want to to disturb our nautical neighbors, and want everybody to be able to enjoy boating this summer. In the interim we are placing safety fencing around the dock where the ground has eroded. We ask that you use caution and avoid these areas this summer.

Have a bright colorful day at the beach

We replaced our Adirondack chairs with a splash of color. Our goal this summer is to make sure that every neighbor in good standing has a bright sunshine filled summer !

We all enjoy going down to the beach with our friends and family. While some of us enjoy taking our fury kids for a swim or romp on the beach. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG! . We have noticed that on some occasions this has not been the case. Our beach is for our residents to enjoy. This is unfair to everyone.
