Update on Dock
As many of our neighbors noticed ,the pilings were reset on Wednesday May 9. We are still waiting to get the approved permits from the village and approval for the bank loan. We should hopefully have an answer on the loan next week. The beach cleanup and landscape cleanup is anticipated to begin on this upcoming Monday - Stay updated by logining in to your membership- a weekly newsletter will be going out.
Vote Passed
We held our annual HOA meeting Wednesday May 2, 2018. We voted to increase our monthly dues by $100, ($82 for a special assessment for necessary repairs and $18 for a (COL) increase ) Our new Monthly dues will be $235.
As many of our homeowners recognize, our marina is in disrepair, dangerous, and unusable in its current state. We received the first of (3 )three required permits, and anticipate to begin repairs by mid June.
We ask all homeowners to avoid walking on the north side of the dock prior to repairs being completed. In addition to the required marina repair, we will be improving the vacant lot with irrigation, grass and fencing, replacing our existing flag pole with a nautical flagpole and updating our landscaping at the front entrance.
The vote passed by majority and the increase in our monthly dues will take effect for July 1 2018. If you have any questions, please contact us and you will receive a prompt response.
