As an added benefit, all homeowners are entitled to reserve the beach for a special occasion. This privilege is provided to homeowners in good standing ONLY

 Rules and Restrictions Apply.

1. All events must be requested 30 days in advance- No Holiday Weekends are permitted for private parties 

2. Limit  1 party per year per household 

3. All Outside Vendors MUST have proper insurance and be approved by Einsidler management prior to party

4. All guests must be off the beach by 9PM

5. Tents, bounce houses and any other temporary structure shall not be placed within 50' feet of a property line.  

6. The common areas must be cleaned to precisely how it was found prior to party. 

7. All temporary structures MUST be removed  by the end of the party or first thing in the morning before 10AM following the event. No temporary structure is allowed on a common area for more than 24hours.  If in the event a structure is left up past 24 hours management will have it removed at the homeowners expense.

8. If the common area is damaged during any private party the repairs will be at the homeowner's expense. 

9. At no time can any guest be on the dock or Marina  without the homeowner. They are only allowed if accompanied by the homeowner

10. If any of the rules are violated your rights to reserve for future events may be revoked.
